Effectively communicate the company’s non-salary benefits to employees by creating a memorable experience that strengthens their sense of belonging.

Implementation

We organized a festival within the company’s facilities, where 600 employees participated in 10 interactive activities, including music, gastronomy, photography, sports, meditation, and skill-based challenges. Each dynamic reinforced the company’s benefits in a fun and meaningful way.
