Somos seres humanos actuando en diferentes roles entre los cuales est\u00e1 el cargo empresarial que desempe\u00f1amos; sin embargo antes de ocupar un cargo espec\u00edfico, somos seres humanos, pero poco nos conocemos como seres y poco reconocemos nuestra humanidad.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El autoconocimiento es el punto de partida de cualquier rol que adopta un ser humano. Saber ser permite a las personas desempe\u00f1ar exitosamente cualquier rol que decida ejercer, lo cu\u00e1l incluye roles empresariales, permitiendo a las compa\u00f1\u00edas alcanzar altos resultados a trav\u00e9s del logro de altos niveles de los individuos.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Los cargos requieren que quienes los desempe\u00f1an tengan conocimientos, habilidades y cualidades espec\u00edficas. Frecuentemente se exige a las personas que disminuyan las brechas frente a los est\u00e1ndares definidos para que su desempe\u00f1o sea exitoso en el cargo que ocupan y puedan acceder a nuevos cargos que representen su crecimiento. Si bien el mejoramiento continuo es una actitud de vida que nos permite superarnos a nosotros mismos, cuando esa carrera por disminuir las brechas frente a la media esperada est\u00e1 desconectada del ser, termina ocasionando en las personas estados de insatisfacci\u00f3n, insuficiencia y frustraci\u00f3n, y el costo personal y corporativo resulta terminar siendo demasiado alto.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Que una persona se conozca a s\u00ed misma es fundamental para alcanzar el \u00e9xito individual y a trav\u00e9s de \u00e9l, el \u00e9xito empresarial. El autoconocimiento es el punto de partida para los procesos de transformaci\u00f3n continua, y es la base que sustenta el desarrollo de la seguridad psicol\u00f3gica de los individuos.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fcfebb0 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fcfebb0\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2b7cefd\" data-id=\"2b7cefd\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a7c225 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a7c225\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Conocernos nos obliga a:<\/p><ul><li>Sincerarnos con nosotros mismos sin juicio, sin excusas y sin querer cambiar.<\/li><li>Detenernos, para tal vez por primera vez, pensar en nuestras cualidades y darle importancia a esos haceres y actitudes que se nos dan con naturalidad y facilidad.<\/li><li>Hacernos preguntas dif\u00edciles: \u00bfQu\u00e9 si nos gusta? \u00bfQu\u00e9 no? \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos hace bien? \u00bfQu\u00e9 es familiar y por eso lo sostenemos as\u00ed no nos haga bien? \u00bfQu\u00e9 nos da\u00f1a?<\/li><li>Adentrarnos en nuestra mente para identificar esos patrones de pensamiento que han creado un marco de referencia fijo e inflexible en la mente.<\/li><li>Aprender a sentirnos. La \u00fanica manera de alinear intenciones con acciones es sinti\u00e9ndonos; de lo contrario la mente ir\u00e1 por un lado y el comportamiento por otro, generando todo tipo de desequilibrios y afectaciones.<\/li><li>Reconocer y aceptar la emocionalidad que nos hace humanos.
