In this blog, we will explore an inspiring success story in which our agency, led by the Customer Experience area of a major multinational company of industrialized building systems and engineering solutions for building and housing, was the architect behind a campaign that united more than 600 members in Colombia and Brazil in a common purpose: to deliver exceptional service to their customers and strengthen their sense of belonging to the company.
The Challenge
The challenge facing our agency was clear: To make tangible the importance of each member's role in delivering exceptional service. We knew that in order to achieve this, we had to foster a strong sense of belonging to the company on the part of the members. The question was how to achieve this.
The Creative Solution
We decided to approach this challenge in an innovative and exciting way. Instead of resorting to traditional methods, we opted to use multiple channels and scenarios to reach the entire team of collaborators. The key was in activate the senses of each member, connecting them with the purpose of their work and showing them how it was fundamental to achieving the company's objectives.
During a unique experiential campaign, the members of this company were immersed in a world of sensations. They experienced physical and digital communications designed to deeply engage them. They entered into aisles that were intervened with brand messages and calls to action that transported them to the essence of the brand. They interacted with QR codes that unveiled inspiring stories and watched videos that further motivated them. In addition, they participated in enriching talks that empowered them and showed them the importance of their contribution.
The Climax of the Campaign
The highlight of this memorable campaign was a tour designed to activate the five human senses one by one. It was a powerful moment that resonated in the heart of every employee, reminding them of the importance of always giving their best in their daily work. It was the moment when everyone realized that they were working to make their customers feel special and appreciated.
