  One of our clients in Colombia wanted to communicate to its employees in a close, clear and forceful way, the different emotional benefits that the company would start implementing for them. At CAT, we created a campaign called More for you.  

The challenge

  Through an endomarketing strategy, to communicate explicitly and closely the company's non-salary benefits and contribute to their recognition and use by its members.  

Creative solution

  Creation of a coupon holder. We reached the members of the company in a direct and novel way through different channels, leaving a deliverable that would facilitate the remembrance and use of the emotional benefits.   We implemented it by means of a human team that raised awareness in a personalized way in the workplaces. Additionally, an email marketing campaign was carried out and a coupon book was built and deployed with the benefits to redeem them.  

The result

  The objectives of awareness, recognition and use of non-wage benefits that the company had for its members were achieved through an impactful Endomarketing strategy, achieving a high loyalty of human talent.   The emotional salary is one of the corporate initiatives that contributes to the attachment to the company and the reduction of human talent turnover.   We are happy to continue to be an active part of this company for more than a decade.
